Friday, October 8 - The Trip Begins

The "Nuggle" trip got underway today!  Our first destination -- the home of daughter Staci and her husband Martin on the campus of Eastern Washington University in Cheney, Washington, about 25 miles west of Spokane, Washington.  Cheney is about 360 miles from our home so today's drive is expected to be the longest of our entire trip. Staci and Martin moved to Spokane in August so that Staci could begin a two year program to obtain a Masters in Social Work.
